The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Business name, contact name and contact details in the event that you choose to sign up for our newsletter or submit an enquiry
  • Business address details if you submit an order for goods or services we provide
  • Personal data only in the event of a job application (your resume)

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Making an enquiry
  • Subscribing to our newsletter
  • Choosing to receive digital goods or services
  • Placing an order for our goods or services
  • Applying for a vacancy (job application)

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Referrals from third parties to our business from people you have been in contact with already
  • Data submitted to us by recruitment agencies and similar

We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil orders, send invoices and send news and information that relates to the services that we provide.

We may share this information with third party companies and suppliers in order to fulfil the delivery of goods and services you have requested.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

The majority of data we collect is business data – our services are intended for business use only. We keep data on file whilst there is a legitimate interest or we are actively working with you. If we reach a point where there is no longer any legitimate interest whatsoever, after a period of 12 months we will delete your data from our marketing software though some data will still be kept on invoices and such.

In the event that you submit personal data to us (for a job application) through email correspondence, we will delete your application data within 2 years of it being submitted.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
  • Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
