Role Description

The Role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives both internally and on behalf of our clients. You will manage digital platforms, develop and implement SEO strategies, coordinate internal and external resources, and help drive measurable results through paid media and broader marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Project & Contractor Management
  • Paid Media (PPC) & Budgeting

What Your Typical Day Might Entail:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
  • Conduct audits, keyword research, content planning and performance analysis.
  • Populate and update client websites with engaging and relevant content.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their web presence is optimised and current.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Monitor budgets, track ROI, and generate reports detailing campaign performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and external partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Manage and grow Seodium’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and offline marketing activities.
  • Organise and coordinate Seodium’s attendance at trade shows, networking events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: Working in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-facing role.
  • Experience using CMS platforms: Examples include WordPress, OpenCart etc.
  • Experience with social media and email marketing: Including campaign planning, automation, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Experience with PPC platforms: Including campaign setup, optimisation, and ROI tracking.
  • A passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices: Ensuring strategies remain fresh, competitive, and effective.
  • A relevant degree would be nice to have: Marketing, Business, or a related field.
